The morning shows every mark
The lobby and corridors take heavy commuter traffic. A coffee spill or a scrap of paper is small until it sits there all morning.

Coffee spills in the morning, paper scraps by lunch, and a cleaning cart in the corridor was itself a distraction. The park wanted floors that stayed clean without being noticed.
What the site looked like before the robots arrived.
A smart office park · Lobby, corridors and tea points
The lobby and corridors take heavy commuter traffic. A coffee spill or a scrap of paper is small until it sits there all morning.
Carts, cables and noise cut through focused work. The park needed cleaning to happen around people, not through them.
How the machines were put to work.
C5 completes a full-floor scrub overnight. During office hours it waits for spills and handles them as spot tasks, so the corridor is never closed for a routine pass.
Low-noise operation, edge cleaning along skirting and tea points, and lift integration for a cross-floor round. Staff walk past; the robot yields.
The same route follows the site, not a shift handover.
The park is empty and the whole floor gets the deep pass.
Spills are handled in place, without closing the corridor.
The day’s marks are cleared before the next morning.
