AGIBOT C4 Sweep-and-Scrub Cleaning Robot
AGIBOT C4 sweeps, scrubs and dust mops in one pass through doorways and aisles the larger machines cannot enter. Multi-line LiDAR keeps its map current, and its brush module, squeegee and wastewater tank clean themselves between runs.

Built for Buildings With Tight Corners
Most mid-sized buildings were not laid out for a cleaning machine. C4 is sized to the gaps that actually exist — service doors, aisle ends and the space between shelving runs.
600 mm Minimum Passage
Passes through service doors and between shelving that a ride-on machine cannot reach.
800 mm Turning Radius
Turns on the spot within roughly the width of a floor tile, so aisle ends need no reversing manoeuvre.
Stable on Mixed Floors
Works across marble, epoxy, PVC, tile and emery flooring within one route.
Quiet Enough for Daytime
Below 65 dB(A), so cleaning does not have to wait for the building to empty.

Sweeping, Scrubbing and Dust Mopping Together
One pass over the floor does the work of three separate machines, which is what removes the repeat visits that make manual cleaning expensive.
Sweeping
Collects dust and loose debris ahead of the wet pass.
Scrubbing
A 380 mm scrub deck with a water-retention design keeps detergent on the floor long enough to work.
Dust Mopping
Dry removal between deeper cycles, for floors that only need the surface kept clear.
95% Debris Pickup
Debris pickup rate of 95% under specified test conditions.
540 mm Squeegee
Wider than the scrub deck, so water is recovered before the wheels reach it.
Water-Retention Design
Keeps the brush in contact with solution rather than pushing it aside.
The Machine Cleans Itself Between Runs
Routine upkeep is what decides whether a robot is still working in month six. C4 handles most of it without an operator.
Self-Cleaning Brush Module
The roller brush washes itself at the station, so nobody has to strip and rinse it by hand.
Self-Cleaning Squeegee
The squeegee is flushed with the rest of the module, keeping the edge clean and the water pick-up even.
Self-Cleaning Wastewater Tank
Together, the three self-cleaning modules cut the daily cleaning workload by more than 60%.
Pre-Filtration of Dirty Water
Debris is filtered before it reaches the valves and pump, which is the failure this class of machine normally suffers. Certified to ISO 9001.
Over 90% Fault Self-Diagnosis
Most faults are identified by the machine itself and reported before they stop a run.
Set the Zones Once and Let It Run
Route planning is done by zone, not by drawing a path. After setup the loop runs without anyone dispatching it.

- Charging
- Refill and drain
- Module self-cleaning
- Next zone
One-Touch Zone Routing
Cleaning zones are defined once and scheduled by frequency; the robot sequences them itself.
Automatic Charging
Returns to the station when the battery requires it and resumes the remaining zones afterwards.
Automatic Refill and Drain
Clean water in, wastewater out, both at the station with no manual handling.
Automatic Cleaning-Solution Dosing
Detergent is dosed at the station, so concentration does not depend on who filled the tank.

Where C4 Fits Best
C4 is the model for buildings that are large enough to need a robot and tight enough to make one difficult. Six environments account for most deployments.
Manufacturing and Workshops
Production halls and workshops with aisles between machinery and mixed flooring.
Supermarkets and Retail
Sales floors with shelving runs, where cleaning has to happen around trading hours.
Transportation Hubs
Airports and stations, where concourses and service corridors both need covering.
Commercial Complexes
Mixed-use buildings where the floor finishes change from one unit to the next.
Warehouses and Logistics
Storage and picking areas with long aisles and constant trolley traffic.
Hotels and Hospitality
Back-of-house corridors and public areas that have to stay presentable through the day.

Part of the AGIBOT Robotics Line
C4 uses the same perception, motion-control and fleet-software stack as the rest of the range, which is what lets a site run more than one model together.
Shared Navigation Stack
Maps, zones and schedules carry across models, so a site does not maintain two systems.
Mixed Fleets
C4 covers the mid-sized floors while larger or smaller models take the areas it cannot reach.

Service and Support
Sizing before delivery, commissioning on site, and a service path for the working life of the machine.
Pre-sales survey and sizing
We check aisle widths and door openings against the machine before it is ordered, because that is what decides whether it is usable.
Commissioning and training
Zones are mapped and operators trained on site, so the cleaning team runs the machine themselves.
After-sales response and spares
Brushes, squeegees and filters are consumables; they are supplied through the same team that installed the machine.
