Support

One team from the first site visit to the end of the machine’s service life: survey and sizing first, then remote diagnosis, spare parts and on-site service to keep it running.

Service steps

In the order a project meets them.

01

Site survey

A walk-through of areas, surfaces, obstacles, lift and access-control conditions, plus the plumbing available for a docking station.

02

Configuration and estimate

Model mix, zone plan, cleaning frequency and consumable estimate. A labour comparison is included only when the customer supplies a reliable baseline; the current answer set has no verified before-and-after labour case.

03

Deployment plan

Staging plan, charging and docking positions, network and lift integration scope, and a training schedule for the operating team.

04

Remote diagnosis

The cloud platform reports equipment status and faults, and self-check covers sensors, motors and the main controller. Partners receive remote technical support for genuine product faults; site-network, water or drainage problems remain site responsibilities.

05

Spare parts and consumables

Roller brushes, squeegees, filters and wear parts are stocked so replacements are not a project in themselves.

06

Warranty and on-site service

Warranty terms, on-site response targets and escalation paths are agreed in the contract.

Common questions

The questions that come up in most first conversations, answered in short. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Where does service start?

With a site survey: the visit checks access, floors and utilities, then configuration and an estimate follow, and the deployment plan is agreed before anything is installed. After handover the same team handles remote diagnosis and spare parts.

What do the response times depend on?

KA customers are answered within 0.5 h, standard customers within 1 h. A safety issue or damage to customer property gets a solution within 2 h; a fault that stops automatic operation, 4 h after the logs are collected; any other abnormality, within 2 days.

What does the warranty cover?

One year on the machine, with an extended-warranty option whose term and scope follow the contract. When a fault cannot be repaired on site, a loan unit is provided.

What falls outside the standard service?

Standard service covers the product and its deployment. Site construction, third-party system integration and anything beyond the contracted scope are quoted separately; the exclusions in the contract govern.

Who is the training for?

Three audiences: management for product and app use, operations staff for delivery and maintenance, and the cleaning team for daily operation and fault reporting. Partner service training uses L1/L2 levels, with the higher level assessed every 6–12 months. Delivery usually includes one online foundation session, one on-site systematic session and ongoing online product training.

How are remote support and OTA updates handled?

Remote technical support covers genuine product faults. OTA updates are free, usually every two to three months, and require a stable network. Partners can push updates during idle time through the deployment software, or an operator can confirm through the cloud platform.
